What Do We Do?

We are about imparting hope to the hopeless; working to improve the lives of people locally and abroad. Locally, Living Hope is providing food and clothing to the homeless of our city. We visit, encourage and pray for the needy, offering help through Christ's love.

Living Hope is also making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children in Southern Zambia. A team of caring people assist the children with food and clothing, working with the local social agency to address this growing problem. In addition, Living Hope provides seed and fertilizer to the poor in rural villages, suffering from drought and famine.

Living Hope is active in helping the poor of India. In Purulia, we support full time workers serving the needs of the children who's parents have been affected by leprosy. In this leper colony, the children receive food, clothing and education.

Living Hope provides toilets, plumbing and sanitation lines to the colony to improve the living conditions of this very poor community. In addition, Living Hope is providing basic tools to families, helping them provide for their needs.

What's Next for Living Hope?

Expand our feeding program to include more needy people in St. Louis and St. Charles County as well as Purulia and Southern Zambia
Begin a children's sponsorship to provide food, clothing and education
Assist elderly grandparents who are caring for their orphaned grandchildren due to the AIDS crisis in Africa
Provide free Malaria medication to those suffering
Provide fresh clean water to villages by digging bore holes
Send containers of aid to India and Africa
Establish small business opportunities: poultry and vegetable farming, carpentry, hammer mill operations - all to create jobs allowing the people to help themselves
