REGISTRATION
The entry fee for this event is $25 per category. There will be 4 categories this year. Pork, Brisket, Chicken and Ribs. Teams will provide their own meat this year. Meat is to be purchased from a reputable purveyor, kept in the original package and not opened until after meat inspection takes place at check in. Per St. Peters Health Dept., all meat will be in the original package until meat inspection.
We will be awarding prizes for Grand Champion, 2nd Place, 3rd Place.
